A growing, dynamic plaintiff law firm in South Florida is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our First Party Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to take their career to the next level with a firm that supports your growth and rewards your success.
What We’re Looking For:
Portable Book of Business: The ideal candidate will come in with the ability to bring in 5-10 cases (or more) per month, building and expanding their own portfolio while contributing to the firm’s success.
Experience: At least 1 year of first-party property litigation experience is required. We also welcome attorneys transitioning from defense to plaintiff practice.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You’re hungry, driven, and ready to hustle. You will take charge of growing your book of business and nurturing client relationships.
Supportive Environment: This role is perfect for a sole practitioner who seeks the support of a team without the burdens of running an entire law firm. You will receive all the legal resources you need to thrive, along with comprehensive back-office support.
Remote Role: This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your workload from anywhere. Candidates must hold a valid Florida Bar license.
Compensation Structure:
Competitive Salary / Draw
20% of Fees on cases settled from partner-generated work
40% of Fees on cases you generate, if you have a tremendous book, this could be negotiable
Commissions: You will earn commissions on every case you bring in, offering a clear pathway for increased earnings as your practice grows.
Health Insurance: We cover your health insurance costs, so you can focus on your practice and clients.
