We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Permanent Labor & Employment Attorney (Plaintiff) to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in complex and challenging labor and employment litigation cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-12 years of experience in the field, with a focus on plaintiff representation. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
Qualifications
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3-12 years of experience as a labor and employment attorney, with a focus on plaintiff representation.
4. Exceptional litigation skills, with experience handling labor and employment cases from inception to resolution.
5. Experience handling labor and employment issues including employment policies severance agreements, and compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws.
6. Bonus Experience: Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The New York State Human Rights Law, The New York City Human Rights Law, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
