Job Duties:
Requirements & Qualifications
- Independently manage plaintiff-side warranty and consumer protection cases from intake to resolution
- Evaluate claims, conduct consultations, and provide sound legal guidance
- Draft litigation documents including complaints, discovery, law and motion, and settlement demands
- Negotiate favorable settlements and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings when necessary
- Build and maintain strong client communication throughout the legal process
Requirements & Qualifications
- J.D. and active license to practice law in California
- 3+ years of litigation experience within Lemon Law or consumer warranty cases
- Additional background in plaintiff personal injury litigation is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large caseload and work with minimal supervision
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills
- Client-first mindset with excellent communication skills
