- Lead and manage a high-volume caseload of lemon law claims, from initial consultation through trial or resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
- Advocate for clients in court proceedings, including motions and trials.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Collaborate with the firm's leadership to develop legal strategies and maintain client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory developments in lemon law and consumer protection.
- Engage in client consultations to provide strategic legal advice and foster positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with California State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lemon law, consumer protection, or civil litigation.
- Proven track record of handling complex cases and delivering favorable results.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for consumer rights and commitment to achieving justice for clients.
