Our client, a well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Orlando, is seeking a motivated entry-level attorney to join their growing practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a bilingual attorney looking to build their career in personal injury litigation while working directly with clients and handling substantive responsibilities from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters involving plaintiff personal injury matters
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing client communication
  • Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Make court appearances and represent clients in various proceedings
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies

This is a full-time entry-level position for a motivated attorney seeking to deliver exceptional legal representation on behalf of injured clients. We're seeking an individual with diverse real-world experiences, strong interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm for court room advocacy and client counseling. Interested candidates should be admitted to the Florida Bar, a minimum of one year of experience in personal injury law, a fluency in both Spanish and English.

Job Details

Preferred candidate qualifications:
  • Experience with pre-litigation settlement negotiations
  • Familiarity with Florida civil procedure and personal injury statutes
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
