Do Litigation That Matters: ERISA / Employee Benefits Associate Representing Unions & Workers
A bit about us:
We're a well-established Southern California firm that has spent decades representing unions, workers, and employee benefit plans. Our practice is built around the people and institutions on the participant and plan side of the table, with deep roots in labor law, multiemployer (Taft-Hartley) trust funds, ERISA, and wage and hour matters. We take on meaningful work for clients whose outcomes matter, and we do it as a tight-knit group rather than a sprawling factory. With offices across the Los Angeles and Orange County area, we offer the substance of sophisticated benefits litigation without the grind of a mega-firm environment.
Why join us?
This is a role with real responsibility early. You'll work directly with experienced ERISA and benefits attorneys, get hands-on with substantive litigation rather than sitting on the sidelines, and build genuine expertise in a specialized, in-demand area of the law. Our clients are unions and benefit plans, so the work is purpose-driven and you'll see the impact of what you do. We value collaboration, mentorship, and a sustainable pace, and we invest in associates we expect to grow with us for the long term.
