Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Assess case viability and strategy in collaboration with partners and experts
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and expert reports
Conduct and defend depositions of all parties and witnesses
Prepare and support cases for trial; participate in court appearances


Qualifications Needed
JD and admitted to practice in New York in good standing
Minimum 4–6 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or medical malpractice
Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception through trial
Experience with depositions, expert coordination, and courtroom presentation
NYS federal court admission preferred
