We are seeking a dedicated Plaintiff Trial Attorney with:

Significant first chair experience in plaintiff personal injury trials.
Extensive deposition experience involving:
Corporate defendants
Liability and damage experts
Medical experts

Role Overview:
The Plaintiff Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of 30-40 commercial and non-commercial cases. This position offers mentorship from management and includes:

Direct client interaction from case development through:
Demand process
Negotiations
Litigation

Responsibilities:
Handle some of the firm's top and most complex cases.
Work closely with clients to ensure their cases are robustly represented from inception through to resolution.
