Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain detailed schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans in coordination with project teams.
2. Coordinate and consolidate the project schedules to provide visibility to milestones, dependencies, and “critical path” tasks.
3. Monitor and analyze project schedules to identify conflicts, risks, and opportunities.
4. Oversee the collection and analysis of data for schedule performance and progress measurement.
5. Ensure the consistency and accuracy of financial data across multiple platforms.
6. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
7. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning and scheduling processes.
8. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status and key performance metrics.
9. Work closely with the IT department to ensure the efficient use of planning and scheduling software.
10. Provide training and support to team members on planning and scheduling best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Proficient in SAGE, SAP, and MS Dynamics or equivalent software.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
9. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
10. Advanced skills in MS Excel, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
