Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Planner to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production planning process and ensuring that all production targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, ERP systems, and SAP.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production plans are aligned with business objectives
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available when needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Manage and maintain ERP and SAP systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date production data
- Provide regular reports on production performance to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and SAP
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
