We are currently seeking a Plant Controller for our Food/Beverage division. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a global leader in the dairy manufacturing space. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dairy manufacturing operations, ensuring financial stability, efficiency, and growth. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP and SAP 4 HANA, along with a strong background in the food or dairy/beverage manufacturing sector.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial aspects of the plant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
2. Lead the implementation and management of SAP and SAP S/4 HANA systems to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
3. Collaborate with plant management and corporate finance team to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
4. Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including internal controls and audits.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
7. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to support the growth and expansion of the plant operations.
8. Provide financial training and guidance to plant personnel to enhance financial understanding and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with SAP and SAP S/4 HANA is essential.
3. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) would be an advantage.
4. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
8. High level of integrity, with a commitment to upholding high ethical standards and compliance with financial regulations.
9. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
