Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the plant operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company financial policies and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of profitability, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, fixed assets, and general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Analyze trends and risks, prepare the annual budget, manage production costs, and oversee capital expenditures.
- Implement effective cost control measures, manage inventory, and drive financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with plant management and corporate finance team to develop strategic financial plans and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports to plant management and corporate finance team, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
- Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost analysis, compliance, regulations, profitability analysis, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, fixed assets, general ledger, bank reconciliations, AP, AR, accounts payable, accounts receivable, trends, risks, annual budget, production cost, capital expenditures, variance, cost control, inventory, planning, analysis, and accounting.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
