• Bachelors Degree (Accounting or Finance)
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Cost accounting and product costing experience preferred
• Previous experience as Plant Controller
• Understanding of lean manufacturing
• Experience handling large amounts of data
• EXCELLENT communication skills- must be able to present plants financials to C-Suite
