Job Details

The Plant Controller will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of our manufacturing facility. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to ensure efficient financial management and support the plant's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management within the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Cost Control: Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with plant management and other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
