Job Details
As a Plant Manager with a background in Modular Construction, you will be at the forefront of the rapidly growing modular construction industry. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, where you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of modular home production. Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all operations and production within the plant, ensuring that deadlines are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety regulations are adhered to.
2. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and productivity while maintaining high quality standards.
3. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
4. Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork, continuous learning and improvement.
5. Coordinate with other departments such as design, engineering, and sales to ensure a seamless production process.
6. Monitor and manage the plant's budget and resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
7. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the modular construction industry, and implement necessary changes or improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the modular construction or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of modular home construction processes and techniques.
4. Proven experience in client relationship management, with a strong ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of motivating and leading high-performing teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
7. Strong financial and business acumen, with experience in budgeting and resource management.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
9. Proficient in the use of relevant computer software, including MS Office and project management tools.
10. Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
