Plant Manager – OCTG Operations

Join a respected name in the OCTG industry, is seeking a hands-on, operations-driven Plant Manager to lead its facility in east TX. This is a high-impact leadership role with full oversight of a 65–85 person team, primarily in heat treating, NDT inspection, and inventory control.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all plant operations including Heat Treat, NDT Inspection, and Inventory Management
Lead, schedule, and develop a team of 65–85 employees in a 24-5 (and variable) production environment
Drive quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and production throughput across the facility
Manage labor budgets and provide input or leadership for key CAPEX projects
Maintain a close connection to daily operations—monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and reinforce a culture of accountability and safety

What You Bring
10+ years of experience in OCTG heat treating and/or post-heat treat inspection (NDT required)
Strong leadership skills with a bias for action and presence on the shop floor
Proven experience running lean teams and getting directly involved in operations
Ability to balance quality, efficiency, and budget in a high-mix, mid-volume environment
Comfortable relocating to or residing in East Texas—housing support provided
