Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Oversee daily plant operations: production, packaging, cold storage, and logistics.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and production data accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and develop plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Distribution, Corporate) and regulatory bodies.
- Set goals for plant leadership and conduct performance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with "Ready-to-Eat" and microwavable food manufacturing processes.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
