Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily plant operations: production, packaging, cold storage, and logistics.
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage inventory, raw materials, and production data accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Lead and develop plant staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Distribution, Corporate) and regulatory bodies.
  • Set goals for plant leadership and conduct performance reviews.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with "Ready-to-Eat" and microwavable food manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
