Job Details
- 3+ years or experience of previous Plant Management experience for Manufacturing of Steel Roofing, Metal Coils, and/or materials.
- Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other specialty metals.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively plan and allocate resources
- Strong written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and utilizing processes, procedures, and standardization of work
- Thorough knowledge of effective and efficient production and lean manufacturing methods
- Thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, team building, and project management skills
