We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to join our team. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Meat Processing Facility, including floor, cut & wrap, VAP department, inventory management, ordering, and ensuring high-quality products are produced according to HACCP plans and our quality recipes. If you have a passion for the food industry and extensive knowledge of meat cutting and processing, we would love to hear from you.

A seasoned meat processing professional with extensive experience in butchery, particularly with beef and pork.
Skilled in managing kill floor operations, with a strong commitment to humane and efficient processing practices.
Proficient in overseeing meat packaging processes, ensuring products are prepared, packaged, and labeled correctly.
Passionate about developing and producing high-quality, value-added food products.
Experienced in leading and training teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and quality within the workforce.
Committed to upholding the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance in all processing activities
Strong knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines
Solutions-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset, constantly seeking to enhance processes and product quality.
Excellent communicator and organizer, capable of effectively coordinating plant operations and meeting production objectives.
Excellent knife skills and ability to safely operate cutting equipment and maintain staff’s adherence to wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
