Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Production Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, including compounding, mixing, and batch production.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing production team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Ingredient Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and inventory management of ingredients and materials required for production.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet or exceed industry and company standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage the plant budget, monitoring expenses and resource allocation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in food and beverage manufacturing, with a strong background in compounding, ingredient mixing, and batch production.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
- Monday-Friday 7 am-5 pm with occasional Saturdays.
