Job Details
- Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of developing, leading and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with precast/concrete/steel or other building materials
- 7+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment
