Job Details
Qualifications:
- Four-year Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- 5+ years of chemical plant management experience or 8+ years of experience in one or more chemical plant management functions: production, materials management, technical, engineering or maintenance
- 5+ years of prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation
- Significant Lean and 6 Sigma experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- Experience with business management systems, preferably SAP
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with capital and project management
- Experience with operations accounting and budgeting
- Experience dealing with Hazardous Materials
