As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll have the chance to:
Who You Are
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Design, develop, and maintain critical features on our platform, driving projects from idea to production while ensuring scalability, performance, and an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with our machine learning and product teams to design APIs and launch new features based on real user needs.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on our AI-powered features, ensuring our platform remains best-in-class for enterprise data management at scale.
- Help define the direction and growth of our engineering team as we scale, shaping the future of Refuel.ai.
Who You Are
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A strong technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Python and experience building data-intensive applications in cloud environments like AWS or GCP (big plus).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or familiarity with tools like Axolotl, vLLM, Langchain, or other infrastructure and evaluation frameworks (big plus).
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset—you enjoy open discussions and working with others to achieve the best outcomes.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the startup journey—you’re excited to help build something from the ground up.
