Job Details
Essential Job Functions:
Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC issues, learn FANUC robotic programming for setups and new parts.
Assist production with automation processes
Scheduled maintenance around production
Check maintenance notes daily, and record into data base
Daily inspections
Stay in contact with department supervisors
Keep up with Robotic inventory
Keep the Director of Automation informed at all times
Make sure all safety (PPE) is being used properly
Be on call as needed
Willing to work off shift if necessary
Any other Electro-Mechanical items deemed necessary
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of PLC programming and troubleshooting experience is desired.
2. High School Diploma/Technical degree
3. Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
4. Ability to learn and master new programming concepts
Physical: Must be able to lift or move at least 50 lbs. Must have the ability to stand, bend, walk, and drive as needed throughout the day.
Training: On the job training will be provided. Class Room training will be provided as necessary.
