We are seeking a dynamic PLS Surveyor Manager to join our fast-paced construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all land surveying activities related to our construction projects. This role is critical to our operations, as it ensures the accurate measurement and mapping of project sites. The PLS Surveyor Manager will work closely with various teams, including site development, stormwater management, and erosion control, to ensure all projects are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all land surveying activities, including the planning, execution, and documentation of surveys.
• Collaborating with site development teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Managing stormwater and erosion control measures in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Conducting regular site inspections to verify the accuracy of survey data.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying, preferably within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in site development, stormwater management, and erosion control.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
