Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service staff and ensure that customer service standards are met.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the team.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Train and develop customer service staff to ensure they are up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service techniques.
• Analyze customer service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure that all customer service activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Driver's License (Valid)
• Journeyman Plumber (Preferred)
• Master Plumber (Preferred)
