Plumbing Technician

Based in Aliso Viejo, we are a full-service, building maintenance firm that specializes in facility management and maintenance services for commercial, industrial, and institutional companies. We are proudly partnered with local educational institutions and exclusive facility maintenance contractor for their Facility Management Departments.

We are currently looking for an experienced, full-time plumbing technician to add to our maintenance team at one of our university partners.

Is your background a fit? Please apply if you meet the following criteria:

• Journeyman Level Plumber
• Experienced and proficient operating drain cleaning and jetting machines
• Ability to solder
• Proficient in diagnosing and solving all plumbing problems
• Ability to be personable and quickly respond to customer concerns
• Work well within a team environment and independently
• Possess strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail and be able to get the Job done right the first time
• Able to be on call 24/7
• Must be smoke and drug free and be able to pass a stringent drug and background check
• Job requires: lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying heavy objects
• Must be able to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces
• Willing to work any shift or days of the week as needed.
