Job Details
Responsible for reviewing all closed mortgage files for the Southwest (SW) Division. Performs audits on the
file to determine if files are ready to be sent to servicing and the secondary market.
Reviews closed mortgage files to determine the quality, to make sure closing instructions are
met, and that all documents were sent back with the closing package.
Once reviewed, transfers loans to servicing. Prepares files and/or notes to be shipped to
secondary markets, government agencies, or service released investor.
Reviews files with a purchase checklist to verify loan qualifies for MFM to purchase.
Monitors post closing pipeline to maintain a quick turn time on fundings.
Backs up closing functions when necessary.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
