Our company is seeking a dynamic Consulting Credit/Refund Specialist to join our team on a temporary to hire basis. This role is critical to our operations and is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, cutting-edge marketing environment. The successful candidate will play a significant role in managing and tracking all issued refunds, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Credit/Refund Specialist, you will be expected to:

1. Manage and track all issued refunds, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
2. Analyze and resolve any discrepancies in refunds, working closely with various departments to identify the root cause and implement effective solutions.
3. Develop and maintain detailed reports on refund activities, providing key insights and recommendations to management.
4. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any customer concerns related to refunds.
5. Continually review and enhance refund policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance to other team members on all matters related to refunds.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to your role.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the marketing industry.
2. Proven experience in managing and tracking refunds, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
3. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in relevant software and applications, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
7. A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions.
8. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and address their concerns effectively.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
