Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Provide strategic leadership and direction across all phases of complex MEP construction projects, including new builds, expansions, and renovations
+ Align project goals with broader business strategy and participate in corporate planning initiatives
+ Coach, mentor, and develop team members through structured performance management
+ Develop and implement business development strategies within target market segments
+ Lead client presentations and translate expectations into executable project plans
+ Create and review conceptual and detailed estimates, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness
+ Partner with architects and engineers throughout the design and preconstruction phases
+ Oversee project turnover, procurement, and contract negotiations
+ Track and incorporate scope changes, addenda, and bid documents into final proposals
+ Conduct vendor and subcontractor evaluations and lead bid-day analysis
+ Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout all project phases
Qualifications -
+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
+ 7 or more years of experience in commercial MEP preconstruction and project delivery
+ Proven leadership in aligning construction operations with strategic business goals
+ Strong estimating, budgeting, and procurement skills
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship-building abilities
+ Deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles
+ Familiarity with health, safety, and quality assurance protocols
