What We’re Looking For:
What You’ll Do:
Lead preconstruction efforts from early conceptual stages through final estimates
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to align project scope and budget
Analyze drawings, specs, and proposals to deliver accurate estimates
Identify value engineering opportunities and drive project efficiencies
Support business development with strategic input during the proposal phase
- Based in Birmingham, AL (local candidates only)
- 2+ years of experience in preconstruction for complex commercial projects
- Highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and analytical
- EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) experience is a major plus
- Strong ability to collaborate with estimating, design, and project management teams
What You’ll Do:
