We are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our construction team. This position plays a pivotal role in our organization, bridging the gap between the initial design phase and the actual construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all pre-construction activities, including project planning, assisting with cost estimation, and pricing, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all pre-construction phases of projects, including design, budgeting, and scheduling.
2. Assist with detailed cost estimates and develop project budgets.
3. Ensure all projects adhere to established plans and financial parameters.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create effective plans and accurate cost estimations.
5. Conduct risk analysis for potential projects, identifying potential issues before they arise.
6. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
7. Participate in project bidding processes, including preparing comprehensive bid packages and competitive pricing strategies.
8. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, budget, and timeline.
9. Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction technology to continuously improve pre-construction processes.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction management or a similar role in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in project planning, cost estimation, and pricing.
4. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends.
5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and collaborate with a diverse range of professionals.
6. Proficiency in construction software, including cost estimation and project management tools.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex project data and make informed decisions.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Professional certification in project management or construction management is a plus.
