Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Representing plaintiffs in court, arguing motions, and attending depositions.
2. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents for trial.
3. Engaging in legal mediation and negotiation to resolve disputes.
4. Making regular court appearances to advocate for our clients.
5. Developing case strategies and advising clients on their legal rights.
6. Staying updated on the latest laws and regulations within the legal industry.
7. Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position should have the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in plaintiff representation.
3. Must be a member in good standing with the local State Bar.
4. Proven track record of attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
5. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
