Job Details
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Evaluate and manage pre-litigation cases in the area of Lemon Law.
- Evaluate statute of limitations for new matters.
- Audit newly signed cases for completeness.
- Conduct thorough case analysis and develop effective strategies.
- Communicate and negotiate with manufacturers and dealerships.
- Prepare legal documents, including demand letters and settlement agreements.
- Provide counsel and support to clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Ability to handle an aggressive caseload..
- Ability to build rapport with clients and defense counsel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
