Job Details
Our ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
- Establish a professional rapport with all clients
- Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
- Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
- Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
- Advise clients throughout the entire legal process, from intake through litigation
- Manage a team to resolve cases in a timely and efficient manner
