Job Details

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring clear communication, trust, and confidence
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury cases
  • Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Draft powerful demand packages, legal documents, and case evaluations
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and industry experts to build the strongest cases possible
  • Conduct and attend EUOs, recorded statements, and other proceedings to protect your clients’ interests
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to assist with new client screening and inquiries
  • Help us grow strategic partnerships with medical providers and specialists

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in personal injury pre-litigation
  • Specialized knowledge of general liability and premises liability
  • Proven track record of high settlement rates and successful case outcomes
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida (required)
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred, not required.
