- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors during bid phases.
- Evaluate costs, risks, and opportunities to develop competitive proposals.
