Job Qualifications
- Build strong personal relationships with patients.
- Continuously monitor and adjust patient-specific care plans as needed.
- Conduct comprehensive wellness exams and follow-up evaluations.
- Assess, plan, and deliver timely patient care.
- Develop individualized health programs based on historical data.
- Administer vaccinations and perform medical procedures.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations set by the Georgia Composite Board under the Georgia Medical Practice Act.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in EMR for accurate health record documentation.
- Support the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Provide appropriate patient education and counseling.
- Supervise physician assistants and nurse practitioners in daily operations.
- Participate in peer review, performance improvement, continuing education, risk management, and clinical indicator selection.
- Assist clinical staff in evaluating phone consultations and determining proper patient disposition.
- Follow established referral policies and procedures.
- Foster continuity of care by collaborating with other healthcare team members.
- See 18–22 patients per day, depending on case complexity.
- No admitting responsibilities; no night shifts.
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as PCP
- MD or DO in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Active medical license in Georgia required
- Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
- Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.
- Valid DEA required.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
