We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care | Sports Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for primary care and sports medicine in a full-time, Monday to Friday position. This role requires a versatile physician who is capable of managing both the general health needs of our patients and the specific physical demands of athletes and active individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing a wide range of medical conditions, from common illnesses to sports injuries. Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
3. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
5. Conduct regular check-ups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screenings.
6. Provide sports medicine services, including injury prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
7. Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
8. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in primary care and sports medicine.
Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
2. Board Certified in Family Medicine.
3. Additional certification in Sports Medicine is strongly preferred.
4. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Medicine, Pain Management, and Sports Medicine.
5. Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine.
6. Exceptional clinical skills and a deep understanding of primary care and sports medicine principles.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and team members.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
9. Commitment to providing high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.
10. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
11. Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills through professional development.
