We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Press Operator to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of printing machinery and technologies, including flexographic printing. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who has a deep understanding of the print process and can ensure the highest quality of print output.

Responsibilities:
As a Print Press Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Operating and maintaining a variety of print press equipment, including flexographic presses.
2. Ensuring all print jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
3. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the print process and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
4. Inspecting print output for any defects or inconsistencies and taking corrective action as needed.
5. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Collaborating with other team members to streamline the print process and improve overall productivity.
7. Continuously keeping up with industry trends and advancements in print technology.
8. Performing routine maintenance on print press equipment to ensure its longevity and reliability.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Print Press Operator position, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Print Press Operator in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining flexographic presses and other print press equipment.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality print outputs.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the print process.
5. A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
6. The ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field or relevant certifications will be considered an advantage.
