This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute their expertise to a leading technology company. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware, printers, technical support, and customer service. This exciting role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' printing technologies and hardware systems.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Printer Support Technician, you will be the go-to expert for all matters related to our clients' printing needs. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing high-level technical support for various printing technologies, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
2. Consulting with clients to understand their specific printing needs and requirements, and advising on the most suitable technologies and configurations.
3. Installing, configuring, and maintaining a wide range of printing systems and hardware.
4. Delivering exceptional customer service, including responding promptly to service issues and requests.
5. Training clients' staff on the operation and maintenance of their printing systems.
6. Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure the seamless integration of printing technologies with other systems.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in printing technologies and advising clients accordingly.
8. Documenting all technical procedures and user guides for future reference.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Printer Support Technician position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on printers, hardware, technical support, and customer service.
2. In-depth knowledge of various printing technologies and hardware systems.
