Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Probate & Estate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse range of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. This role requires a professional with a strong background in drafting, estate planning, selling real estate, selling businesses, real estate transactions, land use, and leasing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and a track record of success in the legal industry.

- Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support on a wide range of probate and estate matters.
- Draft and review various legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds.
- Manage the entire process of estate planning for clients, from initial consultation to final execution.
- Handle real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Advise clients on the sale or purchase of businesses, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Navigate and advise on complex land use issues and regulations.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings and negotiate with creditors where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and real estate law.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting legal documents, estate planning, selling real estate, selling businesses, real estate transactions, land use, and leasing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple cases and clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
