Job Details
Prepare detailed manufacturing plans for the production of aerospace components in accordance with customer drawings, parts lists and specifications. Create CAD models and dimensioned operation sheets in support of this effort.
Provide troubleshooting support for CNC machinists/operators, special processing technicians (heat treat, polishing/deburring, shot peening, plating), inspectors (dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing), Quality Engineers and Cell Leaders.
Participate in the investigation of technical problems and the establishment of procedures and corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
Review and analyze a variety of engineering/inspection data, documents and reports to recommend/implement process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce scrap/rework.
