- Design, implement, monitor, and maintain manufacturing processes and work instructions to meet organization objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in SMT, IPC, FMEA, and AutoCAD to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
- Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Identify, analyze, and diagnose quality problems and deficiencies in the manufacturing process, devise solutions, and oversee the implementation of those solutions.
- Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process.
- Provide technical expertise and training to other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
- Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met within the process design and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a process engineering role.
- Proven experience with SMT, IPC, FMEA, and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimize production processes.
- Strong knowledge of process related standards.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing, developing, and coaching individuals to achieve objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects within set timelines.
