Compensation: $80k-$110k/year (depending on experience)

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and improve production processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive process innovation through new technologies, automation, and improved tooling and procedures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like production, quality, and sales to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
  • Utilize Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and apply Six Sigma methodologies to solve process-related issues.
  • Monitor quality metrics and process performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the seamless scale-up and launch of new processes and product introductions.
  • Play a key role in managing capital projects, from proposal and budgeting to implementation.

What you need for this position:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical field (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in a process engineering or manufacturing engineering role.
  • Proven experience with Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Visio and SolidWorks for process flow and design work (required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset (DMAIC, PDCA, etc.).
  • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Lean concepts, Kaizen events, or other operational efficiency practices.
  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities across departments.
