• Working closely with the business and market personnel to develop commercialization plans of the invented products.
• Leading execution of the project and delivering the results that meet the customers’ needs
• Developing proposals and building projects by collaborating with external customers and or partners.
• Developing technology value proposition with the business team.
• Documenting the results through patent application, technical reports, and technical presentation.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Working experience in research, development and engineering of filtration, molecular separation, and reaction processes.
• High motivation of turning new inventions or technology innovations into the practical applications of significant economic impacts.
