We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position in the fast-paced Engineering industry, where you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in process, pumps, piping, valves, and management. This role is perfect for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer looking to take their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
As a Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Overseeing the design, installation, and optimization of all process-related operations, including pumps, piping, and valves.
2. Leading the process engineering team in daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
3. Developing and implementing process strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
4. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement and ensure optimal performance of all process equipment.
5. Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless integration of process engineering solutions.
6. Managing and optimizing resources, including budget and personnel, to meet project objectives.
7. Providing technical guidance and training to the process engineering team.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest process technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on pumps, piping, and valves.
3. Proven experience in a managerial role, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.
4. Exceptional knowledge of process-related standards and regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
7. Proficient in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.
8. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
10. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
11. Must be a proactive leader, able to inspire and guide the team towards achieving operational excellence.
