We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Process Improvement Manager for our Manufacturing division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and a deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, EHS, and productivity improvement in our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle.
3. Utilize DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve plant capacity and productivity.
5. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining the highest levels of quality in our products.
6. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) standards in all manufacturing processes.
7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative thinking and promoting the adoption of best practices across the organization.
8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for further improvements.
9. Collaborate with the workforce to optimize their skills and abilities, ensuring maximum productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 12 years' experience in Process Engineering / Continuous Improvement within the manufacturing industry.
3. Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with a strong understanding of PDCA and DMAIC.
4. Proven experience in driving continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
8. In-depth knowledge of EHS standards and compliance requirements.
9. Experience in workforce optimization and productivity improvement.
10. A forward-thinking mindset, with a strong focus on quality, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
