This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of quality that our company is known for, and will play a key role in our ongoing success. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality systems, ISO certification, Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies, production planning tools, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and implementation of quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO certification requirements.
2. Utilize Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to drive process improvements, reduce operational risks, and improve quality.
3. Develop and maintain production planning tools, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
4. Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify and address issues in the manufacturing process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
6. Develop and implement quality training programs for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
7. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring the company maintains a competitive edge in quality management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Certified ISO Auditor with a proven track record of maintaining ISO certification standards.
4. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with demonstrated experience in using these methodologies to drive process improvements.
5. Strong knowledge of production planning tools and their application within a manufacturing setting.
6. Experience in conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), with a proven ability to identify and address issues effectively.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive quality initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and achieving common goals.
10. Commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, demonstrating a continuous learning mindset.
