Job Details
We are seeking a Process Engineering & Quality Manager to oversee the Process Engineering and Quality Assurance departments while serving as the key liaison between Product Design and Operations. This role is based in Starkville, MS and requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Improve cost of quality by defining actionable KPIs and prioritizing improvements
- Build a culture of quality through documented root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
- Implement a quality accountability structure across departments
- Lead facility-wide continuous improvement initiatives using a multi-functional approach
- Partner with design engineering to identify and reduce product cost drivers
- Develop and implement production planning tools and methodologies
- Oversee staffing for process engineering and planning departments, supporting improvement projects and production needs
- Manage site Quality Assurance programs through QA/QC Technicians
Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a process engineering or quality role
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or willingness to complete training)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Proven project management and multi-tasking ability
- ISO certification experience preferred
- RCFA certification or extensive experience a plus
